Our textured balance discs are great for children who have trouble sitting still, the balance disc allows them to wiggle and move around while staying seated. Our balance cushions are pre-inflated to a level suited for most uses. Generally, balance discs should not be inflated until they feel solid. The idea is to have the surface be able to shift back and forth, requiring the person seated to make small adjustments to stay balanced.
